What we do to every headlight
A quick polish only hides the haze for a few weeks. We remove the damaged plastic and replace the UV protection, which is what keeps the lens clear.

- Mask the paint and trim around the light
- Prep and machine sand away the yellowed, oxidized layer
- Apply GlasWeld COAT, a UV-cured clear coat
- Clean up and show you the result before you pay
What we use
We use the GlasWeld Headlight Rescue system, a professional kit built for shops and mobile techs. The yellowed layer is machine sanded off, then GlasWeld COAT, a wipe-on clear coat, is applied and cured with UV light. You can drive straight away; skip automatic car washes for about a week while it fully hardens.

Good to know
What restoration can't fix
Restoration works on the outside of the lens. It can't fix moisture trapped inside the headlight, cracks through the lens, burnt reflectors or electrical problems. If we see any of those, we will tell you before we start and you won't pay for work that won't help.
